You don't need to adjust the conductor ampacity [310.15(C)] when you have more than three current-carrying conductors in a panel bundled together (installed without maintaining spacing) for a continuous length longer 24 in if the length of the conductors that are bundled does not exceed the lesser of 10 ft or 10 percent of the total circuit.
