This weekend felt like a snapshot of every reason I’m doing this. We had so many out-of-towners walk through the doors, and hearing them light up about our dough, our sauces, our gluten-free crust, and all the house-made dressings meant the world. I gave out samples of the fiery Fresno vinaigrette, the carrot ginger dressing, and our super seed crisps, and let’s just say the response has me more excited than ever to roll out the new menu.
