Tirana has the most coffee shops per capita in Europe but there are some both in the city and elsewhere, where women don’t go. Yes, there is an element in some cases of women and girls not being allowed to go or it being frowned on, but things are changing. Women and girls go out for coffee often and in many lovely cafes, but these men only places do remain. I bet there is one in your neighbourhood.
