Ukrainians are waiting to see if Russia will pause its attacks on energy infrastructure during extreme cold weather made worse by power outages. U.S. President Donald Trump says Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed to stop the strikes temporarily.

Trump said, “We have already made a deal. India is coming in, and they are going to be buying Venezuelan oil as opposed to buying it from Iran. So, we have already made the concept of the deal”.
