Three toddlers and their father were killed in a Russian drone strike in eastern Ukraine that also injured their pregnant mother and their grandmother, local emergency services said.

A Russian drone strike Tuesday night in Ukraine’s Kharkiv region wiped out a young family, killing a father and his three small children, leaving a pregnant mother as the sole survivor.

The Telegram messaging app faces fines of up to 64 million roubles ($0.82 million) in eight upcoming Russian court hearings, state news agency RIA reported on Tuesday, citing court documents.

The Russian telecommunications regulator Roskomnadzor has announced further restrictions against various messaging apps, including Telegram.
